Short update on the pre-order:

It takes us a little longer that anticipated to find a company that is willing to print the manuals for a reasonable price but I think we will sort that out this week. We feel better not charging you before we got manuals, covers, etc. printed and delivered so please bear with us. You will be able to spend your money very soon ^^

Below are shipping costs for a few regions/contries. Should yours not be on the list, please write me a PM so I can give you the correct amount for your country and update this table:

USA (Transglobal Express via USPS): €12.50
Brazil (Deutsche Post Warenpost): €10.60
Europe (EU) (Deutsche Post Warenpost): €7.70
Europe (Non-EU) (Deutsche Post Warenpost) €7.85
Germany (DHL Paket): €4.99
Australia (Deutsche Post Warenpost): €7.70

Beatiful artwork, don't worry about the pre-order, that kind of things usually happen.

About the cover, Have you thought about writting "Master System" on It as commercial ones used to have?

Thank you!.

That’s a deliberate avoidance of using trademarks and copyrighted things...

I think if you write that it's "a game for the SEGA Master System" it's fair use of the names/trademarks, as long as you don't try to push it as an original SEGA product...

Yes, but you can’t use the logos or branding. Some “compatible with” text is fine.

We finally got the delivery from the printing house and we think the quality is not bad at all. The cartridge labels are like protective film for smartphones and won't be perfectly applied to the cartridges. Also the manuals will not always stay where they should. Otherwise we think the outcome is what we expected it to be. We really hope you will like it as much as we do!

Over the course of the weekend we will put everything together and after that we will send out payment info to you. Stay tuned!

Looks awesome! It´s a pity to see those white borders on the cart labels (at least on one of the photos; on the other photo I don´t see that border), but otherweise it´s just gorgeous and well done.

Why do you have two different types of carts? Is the white labelled one a special one? Sorry, I´m curious :D

I’m really excited to get this one, looks great.

I love how many new games are getting physical releases recently. Long may it continue.

The red cart with the white sticker looks great. The artwork for the cover and manual is really well done too. Looking forward to getting my hands on this.

Yeah, the labels are... special. Printing quality is superb but the material is suuuuper thin, encapsulates bubbles very easily, stretches and warps if you pull them ever so slightly and also the cut is 1mm bigger than anticipated. Long story short: they are not applied perfectly but we tried the best to do a proper job. Still there will be small bubbles and alignment errors. It is how it is, I guess :D Hope you all will still be okay with the outcome.

Regarding the red cartridges: We indeed planned a special edition but after dropping the idea we decided to randomly put a few (between 3 and 5, we still need to decide that) of them into boxes instead of the regular ones. So a few random buyers will get the super rare red version. You will get the chance to opt out of the red carts though, should you not like their look.

Well, the bubble thing can be very annoying xD Yeti created another fantastic artwork, like he did with Bara Buru. The idea with the red carts is awesome, I like it. Sweet post card as well, by the way!

Only 5 payments are missing, around 20 cartridges are already on its way and 3 games already reached its destination (albeit all in Germany, obviously).
Some people told me that their notification mails are not working, so I hope the rest of the potential buyers will read their messages soon.

I am glad that most games have arrived the buyers in good condition!

Since I saw a few longplays and comments regarding the boss, I wonder when the first person will beat it without using any potions. It's quite easy if you follow a certain pattern and use the boss chamber layout to your advantage but since it's way easier with potions nobody seems to have figured it out yet. Maybe one day ^^

Well, that Hulk Hogan style boss can be very annoying without a potion :D

By the way, I released my article for Voyage yesterday (the same for Bara Buru as well, recently). It´s in german only, I´m sorry, but if there´s enough request I´m gonna translate it exclusively for SMS Power.

https://www.gordmansgametreasure.com/report-voyage---a-sorceress-vacation.htm?nocache=1616584170

Altogether, it´s just a fun game without a doubt. Thanks to everyone who helped me with pictures and more, I´ve linked your websites =)

I completed the game tonight. It was perhaps my 5th evening with the game. I have to say though I was on my last life and with only 220 coins left!

It’s a really good game, enjoyed all of it! I am glad though that there is only one flying section and two boss battles :)

(Edited my first post as I realise I may had had too many spoilers for people yet to play or complete it).

Congratulations for finishing the game! We are glad you liked the game and hope a lot of the buyers will be able to finish the game (maybe even with both endings) someday.

Thanks to kusfo there is now a Catalan translation available: https://www.smspower.org/Hacks/AlexKiddInMiracleWorld-SMS-VoyageASorceressVacation-Mod. Just download v1.05 and you get two .ips files: regular English version and the Catalan version.

We are discussing German, Portuguese (P), French and Polish translations with a few people right now and are interested in Spanish, Italian, Russian, Portuguese (BR) and also other languages. Tell us if you are interested in translating the game script to your language.
