Wow, I didn't actually expect somebody ELSE to post a thread about this, haha. I'm the author and I actually had fully intended to post a thread here since I figured you guys would be happy to see a new SMS release, even if it's a somewhat niche fan game I made as a Christmas gift for my favorite streamer.

Yes, it's a twee2sam game; I actually posted in the twee2sam thread several times looking for help as there were a lot of weird hangups that happened during development. CYOA simply stands for "Choose Your Own Adventure," which I'd say describes this very well.
