Hi, the game Out Run Europa was only released in Europe and Brazil, but there are 2 roms on the internet, the first one is calle Out Run Europa (USA) and the second one is called Out Run Europa (Europe).

I tried both on real hardware, and the result is :

Out Run Europa (Europe):

And if you look at the Game Gear version of the game, you will find out that the game was released in USA, Brazil and Europe, but I believe there is only one rom, Out Run Europa (Europe), but the game is more like the USA Master System version:

I wonder, Why there are two Master System game roms? and Why the Game Gear version is more like the USA Master System version?.

The “USA” ROM you have is the Game Gear version. It runs in the Master System compatibility mode; the UI is enlarged to make it readable in this mode.
