I have a PAL Master System from the U.K , It can work on a NTSC TV, But B/W no Audio

On a NTSC TV on UHF Ch. 34 Video 591.25 MHz Audio 595.75

Ch. 36 in the U.K, PAL Video 591.25 Audio 597.25

What does the RF Mod 3 do?..

Thats the rf modulator.. it takes the video and audio signals and modulates them so that you can pick them up on your tv using the antenna socket. Its kind of like a mini tv transmitter.

You are probably best off modding it and adding external video and audio outputs rather than trying to make it work through the rf modulator. A lot of modern crt type tvs accept multi format signals so it might work fine through composite or svideo inputs without even having to mod it for ntsc.
