Grafik errors SMS-II normal?

Hello,
i have a dumb question. I have two SMS2 and both have in particular games for example Sonic 2 the same grafik errors:
I made a video. It's 50Hz; @ 60Hz it's only slightly visible because it's near the edge of the visible screen of the TV.
RGB & RCA
On RF it's also visible but you may oversee it because of the bad quality.
There are only some games with this error so far. It's on different spots for each game.
Thanks for your help.
Regards Alex

That is very common, it is the game refreshing its palette data on every frame which causes some pixels to show in the "inactive" area. Some games will time this to happen in the part you can't see (deliberately or otherwise), some games have static palettes and thus no continuous writing.

Thank you Maxim, can't remember that behavior when i was a kid. But at this time nobody cares about rgb so i think i didn't see it 😃. Now with rgb it's clear and crisp so that's the other side of the medal. Regards Alex

I remember seeing it very well on RF on a 14” TV. For example in Lemmings it’s very clear (as with many games with black borders), and in Cool Spot there’s a palette change for the status bar which causes flickering pixels one line higher, right in the middle of the screen.

I also tested some Brazil games like earthworm jim or battletoads. There're also a lot of such pixel errors. Really bad. I only want to know if something is bad with my sms. Thank you for the explanation as well.
