I think a develop complete kit in small batchs for physical copies could be a good idea to sell it. Something like what appears in the photo, box, cart shells, screws, pcb, eprom, ... Programmers could buy batchs of this and once they program had a easy way to make physical copies of their own game. Do you think is interesting appear a kit like this? Opinions are welcome

Are the cartridge shells from old "donor" carts, or are they new 3D prints?

The idea is everything of new manufacturing. A kit that developers can buy and make games throw a easy way.

I would go with flash rather than uv eproms. Its much quicker and a lot easier to erase and reprogram flash.

It would be most appealing if I could order each item individually (e.g., maybe I only want cart shells & PCBs, but no case or EEPROMs).

The new clamshell cases are also quite exciting - the existing method of using Mega Drive clamshells doesn't play nicely with Master System cartridges.

The idea is new manufacturing in everything but it will depend on how much atactive are these kit for devolopers. Thanks to the answers for me are very clear 2 points:
- Donnor carts are obsolete, must be used new parts in all kit´s component.
- Flash better than UV.
But a new questions about this I am thinking:
Whats your opinion about a atractive price for 10 units of this kit?
Do you prefer the cart shells blacks as original or other color like red or white?
Do you agree to start selling this kits with shells printed in 3D or must be injection ABS from the beginning?
Screws, gamebit or ph head?
Answering Flygon, totally agree in what you said about megadrive boxes but recently I decide to abrasive file, or sandpaper in this area and now the cart fixation works better, do not works totally fine, but better.
Your answers, questions, replys to this topic for me are much apreciated, thanks again.

I think it's a great idea, it can also be used for people to create their own repros of the new software developed by the scene or the most interesting hacks

hopefully Krikzz is going to start selling ABS shells soon (he did the mold already) so I think we should use those
