Might need some more in-depth look to look for games which only share the same name, but for example, Ninja Gaiden is a completely different game than the arcade ("Ninja Gaiden" can essentially be four different games: arcade beat-em-up, NES platformer, Sega 8-bit platformer (or are SMS and GG different games as well? I know they both were made separate of the NES game), or the Xbox 3D game)

Out Run 3D and Space Harrier 3D are arguable, while something like Zaxxon 3D is too far removed from the original to really count.

Yes.

Line of Fire and Enduro Racer, too. Completely different games.
Out Run 3D, Space Harrier 3D, The Ninja are sequels/remakes rather than ports.

Quite different, but each has its strong points.

I don't think that Ghost House is a port of Monster Bash. They are thematically similar, but that's about all.

The Sega System E has a few games that are similar to SMS games.
e.g. Slap Shooter and Slap Shot or Transformer and TransBot

Would you consider adding these in the list?

Megumi Rescue’s arcade version was never actually released, so that’s iffy.

Also: assume “Chase HQ II” is actually S.C.I.?

I don’t know why Centpede and Missile Command are listed as separate years, when they (plus Breakout) were only released on 1992’s Arcade Smash Hits.

This list is a mess.

There's no Darius. It should be Sagaia, which is Darius II.

G-LOC for Game Gear and Master System are not arcade ports. They only share the title. Both Sega 8-bit versions are even different from each other.
