Developer and publisher

I had a doubt about Developer and Publisher fields.
How do we fill games that were ported from other systems?
We probably would want to credit both original developper team and porting teams, right.
Bad examples includes:
FIFA Soccer: EA (original game), Tiertex (GG port), Tec Toy (GG to SMS port!)
Should those fields be moved out the 'game' table and stored in another table to have a 1-N relation instead of 1-1?
Or can I trick and store a simple string? (which may limit further improvement and dynamic usage of the data for searching, etc.).
