I have some SF-7000 disks that need preserving

I've given up trying to dump these myself, I could never get my SF-7000 to work.

There's a couple of legit games, but most are bootlegs. It looks like there might be some Amstrad software mixed in by mistake too, but I don't have an Amstrad and don't know for sure.

Who is the best person to send these to? PM me an address.

What are you doing with said non-working SF-7000?

Bock would probably be the most proficient people in order to dump that, but if he's too busy, I'm in a discord group with Mame preservers who maybe will be able to help (although it's a bit spanishcentric, but they're quite used to the 3" disks).

Bock has got in contact and I'm going to be sending them to him.

I have 3 or 4 non-working SF-7000s but only 2 cartridge connectors. I think they all had the same problem of "two beeps" which the manual suggests means there is a problem with the RAM. I bought some brand new RAM of the same type and started to solder them into one, but I haven't worked on it in years and won't ever get back to it.

I was going to stick the lot up on ebay. They generally go for AU$1000 each, and I probably paid in the vicinity of that for each of them, but I'm usually more comfortable selling by auction at a low starting point and letting the market decide the price. I never really expect to get back what I paid, and postage from Australia generally dissuades potential buyers from the Northern Hemisphere.

The disks are on their way to Bock, he should get them in about a week.
