- switched to HTML scrict mode
- switched HR coloring to CSS, managed to find a syntax to fit Mozilla, IE and Opera (Opera previously had problem)

- changed the way to add vertical space
- previously using: IMG with height=x pointing a 1x1 GIF file, then a BR
- now: TABLE height=x TR TD /TD /TR
The old way got broken in Mozilla when I switched to strict mode. Plus, it's better not to use a 1x1 "spacer" GIF file since we avoid a browser request this way.
Isn't there a better way of adding vertical space? Anyway, using an empty table seems to works well.

- changed font order

- changed DIV H1 to styled H1 (thanks to Maxim who pointed the missing 'margin' directive which caused me trouble with H1)

- other things I've done last week that I forgot
