Semi-official Vista Testing Log and Compatibilty Thread

With a recent purchase of a Laptop with Windows Vista Home Basic, I'm starting a Vista Testing Log and Compatibility Thread. So far (aside from some rare skipping when playing Alex Kidd in Miracle World (SMS) in fullscreen (DirectX 10) mode, I'm not encountering much in the way of problems.
However I know that this might not be the case for everyone. Hence the creation of the topic.
Feel free to post problems here. Who knows? Someone might notice.
