'in' my opinion = at my opinion?

This may be a known issue, but this message board is replacing "'in' my opinion with "at my opinion", (e.g. in my opinion). I'm no English expert, but in my experience, in converstational English, "in" is the correct preposition to use here. Is this the result of a bad grammar check?

Say hello to the SEARCH feature
it's a joke filter added by Maxim to emulate Bock's speech. |

yes its the 'Bock Speak' filter, may I ask though why was this thread created in the dev forum, shouldn't it be in the website forum? | |

Thread moved.
Yes, it looks like it's Maxim who set up a pun filter on me, in order to keep up with some tradition only SMS Power can pretend to maintain. It is probably meant to be a light annoyance about which someone is ought to complain every few months. We also have a strong policy about censoring bad words that children may see, such as : Ni****do |

I created the thread in the Dev forum because that's where I noticed the "problem". I figured it was a bug, and I tend to put bug reports as close to their source as possible.
Plus I didn't really remember that this forum ("Website") existed (I almost exclusively look at the Dev forum). Also, I guess I should've used the "search" feature, but I tend only to use that for searching for technical issues. I guess it never occured to me that this topic would've been previously discussed. My mistake on several counts. Sorry. -- Eric R. Quinn |
