That is, how do you put a rom image on a real cartridge to run on a real sms?
If so, the answer is:
Figure out how, and do it. The topic's been kicked around here more times than can be counted, but nobody's done anything with it yet.
I think about half the people here are 'working on it'. If that's any consolation.
