I made a new sms dev tool which will convert a PCX file into several 8x8 4-bit encoded tiles. If anyone thinks they could use it for stuff then tell me. Zoop might want to add it to this page. It can be gotten from the link below.

Thanks for the tool! But how do I make it work? I followed the directions on your website to create the pcx file, but I get a "Subscript out of range" error message.
