[Forums] Posting guidelines and moderation

Recently we've been moderating forums more agressively that in the past, so a few users may have experienced deleted posts.
We're trying to preserve a content to noise ratio that is higher than the internet average. Please keep that in mind and restrict content-less posts to a minimum, for a healthy community.

No, people are posting when they have nothing to say, or when what they do have to say is entirely (and obviously) useless. Some forum members do this more than others...
