My mistake, last week I forgot about one card dump, mentionned it in the listing but not posted. The game in question is Great Tennis (Super Tennis) for the Master System, Japanese version. Head on to the page for a download and explanation of the confusing double naming.

European name for this release in cartridge version is "Super Tennis" as is written in the box, manual cartridge and menu screen.
