Meka 0.31 released

As promised recently (I don't remember where, but I know did promise that) a new version of my Meka emulator is now available. I'm not going to rewrite here what I just wrote on the official homepage, so I suggest clicking on the above link and read about the changes in the new version. Registered users and SMS Power supporters should already have recieved the informations how to get their new versions, else the other will have to wait the usual short delay to get the public version of it.
