This is the arcade Pitfall 2. I think it ran on hardware similar to, but not quite the same as the SMS (like Sega Ninja, I'm Sorry, My Hero, and other sega 8-bitters of the early to mid 80's) I don't see anything on the page to indicate the screenshots are from an SMS version, and I don't believe it was ever ported.

Anyhow, it's been dumped and is playable in MAME.
