- renamed BOOL "public" to "downloadable" to game_rom table
- added BOOL "public" in game table (this is used for testing/WIP, when set to false, an entry won't display in the main listing)
- added INTEGER "thumbnail_size_w/h" in game_scan
- added BOOL "front_page_preview" in game_scan and game_screenshots (they were missing)

Right now I want to try to build a basic structure and be able to generate basic pages (without the "tabs"), this would be a good starting point.
