This is a curious game, made by TecMagik in California but released only on Master System in Europe (and later in Brazil), licencing a European football competition. I decided to rip it at 50Hz as that was the intended market.

I credited the pack to Simon Freeman, but that may be mistaken; the game credits don't say who did what, and he seems to have been a lead developer on this and a few other TecMagik SMS titles. (He also seems to have moved from the UK to California to work at TecMagik, and to have no video game credits after 1996.)
