There was a store here in my city in Span that was advertised in magazines (along with other stores in Spain) as a "Sega Center". I got plenty of games from them around 1990/1991, and they used to have some kind of piece of Sega furniture with a TV screen, an SMS1, and carts/cards for sale. I think it resembled an arcade machine.
I can't remember for the life of me how it looked like, and I've been doing random searches for images every now and then for the past 25 years, but this looks kind of familiar. This could be it, not yellowed and I remember maybe having an additional shelf on its right for storing more games for sale.
I'll never know for sure because my foggy memory ain't getting any better, but thanks for posting this! :)
