I was looking at the 3-D Glasses entry over at the SegaRetro wiki site at https://segaretro.org/3-D_Glasses and it includes this quote from Mark Cerny:

I lobbied management to create 3D glasses for the Master System. I did the tech demo, which was sort of the Pong-style game we showed at CES, and then I did the bundled title, which was Missile Defense 3-D.

This makes it sound like there was a 3D Pong-style game at Sega used to trial the 3-D Glasses. Does this game exist and, if so, is there a dump of it somewhere?

I just worked out this was probably a game called Wallball-3D, known as Moonball in Japan.
