I know this game is quite rare (CIB).

But can someone please make an educated guess on what would be a good price for buyer and seller? So that both sides would be happy.

Condition is good i would say.

That's indeed very hard to say as so few copies pop up. Have been looking for it for a while to complete my JPN GG set so if you've interested in selling to me, DM me.
