Could I suggest some new song titles? I researched the manual when I redid them for RadioSEGA's playlist in both English and Japanese.

1 Title Screen - Title Screen - タイトル
2 Level 1 - First Round: Outer Space - ステージ１「宇宙」
3 Level Boss - Arvian Defense Leader - 中ボス
4 Level Clear - Round Clear - ラウンドクリア
5 Level 2 - Second Round: Planet's Surface - ステージ２「地上」
6 Level 3 - Third Round: Inside the Arvian Fortress - ステージ３「地下要塞」
7 Final Boss - Arvian World Commander - 大ボス
8 Ending - Ending - エンディング
9 Game Over - Game Over - ゲームオーバー

By the way, should it be renamed BLADE Eagle 3-D? The manual says that BLADE is an acronym, though it's different depending on language.
JP = BorderLand Assailable and Defencive ouganization (well that misinterpreted ド / do)
EN = Border Line Arvian Detection and Enforcement

I've updated the pack to include your suggested level names, although I'm not sure enough about the game name to change that one myself.

Given the box text style on both Japanese and English implies lowercase for the title, let’s say the game is Blade Eagle 3-D and the ship is the BLADE Eagle.
