Silver Valley - Cheats

Anyone know any cheats for Silver Valley? I know its a homebrew game but I'm playing on physical hardware with a cartridge, I get 3 lives/hearts. On YT they all have 6 lives/hearts. I am guessing they are running the game off an emulator but does anyone know if I can input something on my Master System pad to get the extra lives or a hidden menu screen or something?

Thought I would share this. I kind soul (Ian) shared with me that if you hold the 2 button on the title screen it brings up the menu. Simple really.
