Sega sg-1000 MK 2 Help needed

Hi Guys
I live in the united kingdom
Recently Brought a Sega sg-1000 MK 2 system.
Tried to tune it on my 4 year old led tv and its got graphic glitches with buzzing sound.
I then brought a RF to HDMI box off ebay and it does exactly the same thing (Glitching graphics with no sound except a buzzing sound)
Do you think its not compatible with my Samsung pal/led tv or do you think its got problems like capacitors want replacing? They look original and never been replaced.
The circuit board as not been messed with and is in nice clean condition.
I took some photos to show what its like.
Can any expert help me.

What region is it from? The lack of audio might be related. It’s likely it has bad capacitors which need replacing.
