SMSII RGBs mod issue

Hi
Have a little problem with video and TV sony (only)
synchronization seems to be failing.
snes and megadrive works fine in this TV, only SMS fault.
This SMS works fine in another TVs
I try 2 versions for CVideo and Csync same problem. I try cable with and without capacitors.same.
Any idea?

Forgot to mention that after a while it works normally. Sometimes its waiting 30 seconds to sync other times 2 minutes
