Lost video sync on PAL SMS 2

Hi,
my SMS 2 model is IC BD M4Jr. VA1. Recently I lost sync on PAL so I tried to re-solder the DIN connector.
Doing that I saw that PIN 3 metal ring fell from the board. I was planning on finding its trace but I can't find any.
According to image I found on the net, PIN 3 is composite.
Is it the right PIN to look for sync problem? should I jump other (fragile) PIN just to be sure?

I jumped all the other PINs, but I still have a "jumping" picture...
Oddly I have no issue when switching to NTSC mode.
