I am learning how to use Blender and needed a model to play with so i searched online and found Opa-Opa (complete with flapping wings). I still cant figure out how to repeat the flapping animation, but thats another story.
All credit goes to rhcreations for this model: https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/opa-opa-fantasy-zone-f417eabc7290457ca117bb78d8b... Anyway, my library offers free 3D printing so I saved it as an .STL file and sent it over. Attached are the results. The wings, legs, and feet all broke off when I tried to peel away the support material so I had to superglue him back together. Next step is painting. He's not particularly balanced so he wont stand up straight either, but overall, I'm happy since it was free. |
