Hi guys I here i present my first work made with KiddED, thank you very much for the friend Calindro. This is an adaptation to Master System of the classic Taito game called Wardner.I made this hack, because apart from the game I love, I think it has many similar to the Alex Kidd. The game has all the levels and enemies of the original. Here I leave some pictures and one little video, I hope you like them all. Sorry for my terrible english.

I had to think a minute whether it was officially ported, among other consoles such as FDS and Genesis, but no, it wasn't.
(surprised there doesn't seem to be even an MSX version)

The game was available on the genesis like mentioned above (played it often) and on the famicom as a fds version so it’s not well known.

Fds version:

Nice work. This game was developed by Toaplan who usually made shooters. I remember this game from the 80s it was a favourite

As for platformers, I know of Snow Bros. (and a sequel "Snow Bros. 2 With New Elves" which sounds like bad DLC :P ) another one I put out of my mind and forget the name, is one which has naughty pictures between levels. Which is a shame as I recall it otherwise looked like a decent game that would've been fine without the dirty content.

'Pipi & Bibis', aka 'Whoopee!'. Strange game.

Looking forward to this! I love the arcade version. On a good day, I could one credit clear it (that boss tower at the end could be a little sketchy).

Screenshots look excellent. Except maybe for those lemmings looking enemies at the top of the screen in the fifth screenshot. Maybe it's just the color pattern that them remind me of lemmings. Some color Any pattern swap will make them look less like lemmings.
Looking forward to the demo whenever you feel you're done.
A new game is such a great gift.
I still find it kind of funny that you chose to make a port of this game. I don't think it is that well known. But I really like Wardner so I'm super happy about it!

Fds version:

It's technically available on the Genesis, but even that version is pretty rare these days. I've only seen a complete copy once in person (when I bought it at a show).

As far as that Master System port goes, that looks great! Definitely has that Master System feel, but still resembles the game.

I bought the mega drive version in Japan years ago and it still seems to be available on auction site but cannot say regarding the genesis one. I don't even remember if I did play the English version on genesis in the past put did play it at the game center many, many time.

Another non-shmup was Demon's World, which looks like it was inspired by Ghostbusters!
