I've just stumbled into this hack:

Looks quite promising!. i'll give a try at home!

I really like this one, it looks like a lot of work went into it :)

It seems to be mostly a palette/level hack with no custom graphics, but the levels seem to be well designed.

I played through some of this last week.

It seems really, really well done so far, though I'd prefer it if the physics and controls were left alone. It's good to see that those changes are doable, however.

It's really great to see some hacks coming out thanks to all the work done on KiddEd

You can easily revert the controls in the hacks menu of KiddEd. Just disable the "swap buttons" hack. :)
The physics editor isn't part of the official version yet so to restore them you will need the current WIP version from me.

The upload is bad for patch 1.02e. Here is working one.

From earlier conversations with the KiddEd author:
"I know now why that guy had trouble with your hack using an Everdrive.
The Everdrive emulates slot 0 mapping incorrectly... :/"

So whether it works or not depends on if the everdrive creator can fix this I suppose.

It's never going to get fixed. However, you can hack the game to the Codemasters mapper which does support slot 0 mapping. In fact, I already did that. Emulator support for both is a bit hit and miss though. Much better to avoid the mapping entirely.

Never turned out to be shorter than usual as it's been fixed now. All KiddEd made AK hacks should work on an everdrive from here on.

Never was when the Everdrive firmware will be updated to support slot 0 paging properly :)

Update:
So I'm making a second episode to this hack, and it's almost finished. You can see a few preview shots below.
Janken won't be the main antagonist this time. :O

v. 1.03 of Radaxian Rumble is pretty much finished as well, just waiting for some more feedback before release.
Some new content includes longer and more varied levels, more sprite edits, and more use of triggers to create new puzzles. I'm sure you'll enjoy it if you liked the previous demo at all.

Thanks, yeah go for it. Just know that it can be a pain to get it to work the way you want it to. :) In starting screens (before the level starts scrolling), vertically scrolling layouts and castle layouts, and in some screens of some levels, it'll work like a regular ladder.
