This is an excellent port of a really great idea for a racing game. In lots of places it really goes beyond expectations - the extended screen, huge number of enormous tracks, extended music tracks, really well balanced 2-player mode, lots of secrets including some that extend the game's life. In others it's a slight disappointment - the graphics are inexplicably using only half the possible number of colours, the collision detection is really coarse, the bonus tracks timer is broken, the helicopters are missing. But overall it is one of the best games on the system.
