any cartridge available for the sms like the midines or something?
is little scale still working on it?

As far as I know little-scale is still working on it. However real life keeps getting in the way.

Been waiting for years and nothing came out yet.
Would love to have a midi cartridge for the master system like the c64s messiah.

I believe it essentially completed it, but not as a mass produced cartridge, more of a DIY project:
