On some pages there are auto-generated tables of contents. I've replaced them with a new version that I've hacked to use the heading text as the anchor text, so you can have much more helpful (and edit-safe) links like

http://www.smspower.org/Manuals/Golvellius-SMS-US#RingOfInvincibility

which give much more info on where they're going :)
