v 1.02: I've repacked this pack to make it standard with others: Game name was wrong. Also, info file was updated and cover lightly modified.

It depends on how the game works - if the music speed is compensated then artificially slowing it to 50Hz is wrong. Brazil is a 60Hz region. The game was developed in Japan so arguably the composer may have used a 60Hz system for testing.

Small update to note the identity of the game's composer- CHz of VGMdb noticed that Tsuyoshi "PSG-FACTORY" Matsushima is credited in DiscStation Vol.02 for the PC98 (4:18):

Also worth noting: there was a recent album release of this game in the ALESTE COLLECTION - Music Album -. The track names are actually mostly the same but the ordering is slightly different. I didn't make any changes based on this, just pointing it out if you think they should be made.

If I recall correctly, the programmer confirmed a while ago that the game was specifically made for the european market and is supposed to run at 60 Hz. The unmodified brazil version simply runs too fast. In the Aleste collection, the game also runs at the correct 50 Hz speed.
