v 1.01: Old package repacked. Tracks renamed. Info file updated and cover added.

I'd go with the first stage as the title and the rest in the notes. I've done that a few times before.

According to here: http://vgmdb.net/album/389 Bonanza Bros. has their own titles for the stages. Not completely sure on the accuracy but they were used on the Mega Drive VGM rip.

Here is the pack updated, also with Yawackhary's information. I couldn't find any download of the Hyper Drive CD, so I had Project2612 pack's info as good.

Bluetz Lee is Koichi Namiki.

So it turns out that "Bluetz Lee"/"M.A" is referring to a composer by the name of Minoru Aoki, and not Koichi Namiki. Aoki has been credited for this game's music in recent albums such as S.S.T.BAND -30th Anniversary Box- and Blind Spot V. (Namiki apparently did work on sound effects/voices for this game, which might be where the confusion came from?)

The pack has been updated with the new info accordingly.
