32Mbit development cart

some people have been asking about dev carts in the forum, so i'm giving out my design.
it uses 3 commonly available 74HC series logic chips:
frames 0 and 1 are fixed to pages 0 and 1 of the ROM respectively, frame 2 is switchable. a memory write to $F000
(or higher) will cause a page. frame 2 is not initialised in any way.
there are 8 output lines, so 256 16kB pages are supported. alternatively with software control it will support multiple ROMS,
i.e. upto 3 4Mbit ROMs, 4 2Mbit ROMs, etc...
now i just have to wait for my homepage server to come online again!!!
disclaimer: design is untested and at the moment is just a design.
a s out
