Barbie Super Model [Proto] (GG)

Two in a row. After last month release of Spirou, we have another genuine unreleased game, just in time for christmas! (Wait, don't get overexcited already).
Barbie Super Model for the Game Gear, developped in 1994 by Bonsai for Hi Tech Expressions, as a part of an evil plan to spread bad taste in the mind of young innocent girls, is a sub-average dodging game with a few mini games and featuring hair cuts from another era. Obviously we aren't the intended target for this type of game, but if you know of young girls with good recovering skills, you might want to test the game on them and let us know if it's any exciting to them! Oh, and wait.. we have more coming! Preservation above all, but pray the gaming lords that we can some day uncover a good unreleased game. |

This is quite possibly the best game I've ever played.

Thank you for this nice present. Always great to see unreleased games made available instead of vanishing in the black hole of the collector's scene :) And we all love this kind of games don't we ^^

This looks very similar to the Mega Drive version. There is no good reason for me knowing this.

Bock, you have a great point when you call it an "evil plan to spread bad taste into the mind of innocent young girls". My sister used to play with those devil's dolls a lot of the time.

Thirteen years later, I still stand by my statement. Here, have a video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YTm6ZbODw0s. |

I agree. The visual plunges us into our childhood with all this retrogaming. It's also easy to learn. Great video, by the way. |

Nice! I recently manage to buy a copy of the mockup box for this so should be uploading a scan at some point (my box is still in the USA though..).
