I was just perusing http://www.emu-france.com/download/roms/GGRen/ and noticed a homebrew rom I hadn't heard of before, called Chaos 89. Nice logo effect. Does anyone know anything about this, or does it go under the same category as Master Mania (roms no one bothered telling anyone about)?

What is it you want to know? It's just a normal tile background, with sprites for the letters.
