On the following site:
<a href="http://dynamic5.gamespy.com/~japangaming/">http://dynamic5.gamespy.com/~japangaming/</a>

Click "BONUS"
Then click "UNRELEASED"

Then there's a list including Mark III and Game Gear "unreleased" game list. This is quite interesting!

From the list below, it is clearly games non-released in Japan.

<b>MarkIII:</b>

California Games Sega
Believable: the game include FM music although never released in Japan!

Champion Ski Sega
SG-1000 game. advertised in some Joy Joy News with a small picture, never released.

Colonus Lift Sega
never heard of.

Moonball Sega
never heard of.

Outrun 3D Sega
Avertised in Joy Joy, never released (in Japan). Includes FM music also.

Poseidon Wars 3D Sega
include FM music.

Psycho Fox Sega
probable. it's very Japanese stylish, and the game seems to contains scrapped FM related code (which we have yet to manage to extract, if there's something to extract).

Rampage Sega
include FM music.

Superman Sega
why would japanese care about Superman?

Ultima 4 Sega
include FM music. apparently Ultima IV was popular in Japan, although I wonder if they planned to translate it ...

Wolfman Sega
never heard of. maybe wolfchild ? This isn't very Japanese...

<b>Game Gear:</b>

??????? -???? Sega
Alex Kidd Sega
Alien 3 Sega
Alien Storm Sega
Bonanza Brothers Sega
Frogger Sega
Ganma Genki
Golden Axe Sega
Itchy and Scratchy Acclaim Japan
Judge Dred Acclaim Japan
Monster Truck Acclaim Japan
Mystery Mickey and Minny'
NBA Basketball Sega
NFL Football Sega
Outrun Europe Sega
Puzzle X Sega
Rablin Stone Game Arts
S&D Gaiden Sega
Soreike! Anpanman Sega
Space Harrier III Sega
Taisen Kung Fu (tentative) Sega
Team Williams Sega
The Simpsons: Bart Vs. The Space Mutants Sega
Virtua Fighter CG Portrait Series Sara Sega
Young Indy Jones Sega

Many of them are never heard of me. An Alex Kidd was planned on Game Gear ? Space Harrier III ?

I wonder what are the guy's sources and how he knows about some of them. I will e-mail him about it.

Was assigned serial C-62 (this is widely documented).

The picture is question is here.
It was in a MarkIII brochure.

Right spelling is Koronis Rift. Seems to be a Lucas Film games, that was planned for a MyCard release. Has been released on MSX2.

Some links regarding the sg-1000 version:
If anybody can help with the Japanese... I can't understand much of that myself.
Search for " ƒRƒƒjƒXƒŠƒtƒg ".

Mention in MK3 BBS:

A mention on SEGAGAGA website letters:

Seems to be a manga/anime ?

On Tera MK3 website owner list, someone comment is a short wonder about Wolfman
http://www6.airnet.ne.jp/tera/sega/forum/owners1.html
So presumably the game was known to Japanese players.
