Chester Cheetah for Game Gear (Unreleased localization of The Berlin Wall)

Frank (theredeye) discovered this ad for an unreleased Chester Cheetah game by Kaneko.

As pointed by some, this appears to be an attempt at rebranding The Berlin Wall: https://www.smspower.org/Screenshots/BerlinNoKabe-GG

I suppose Chester isn't too far off from a good sprite replacement (I was think of the MD version, Wani Wani Panic, I think it was).

Interesting find. Probably wouldn't have been very good, but still.

Plot twist, Sega-Game-Gear-God also found this ad from 1991 (compare to Chester Cheetah one from 1992 which according to Frank was in publisher archives but not necessarily made public).

(FYI one prototype of the game was found a while ago but bearing identical contents as the Japanese version.)

First two screenshots look like they might be from the Mega Drive version, which became Wani Wani World and was not released outside of Japan.
