Extra functionality

These games use the Pause button primarily for pausing, but it can also serve other purposes:

Great Golf [Japan] (グレートゴルフ) - view the course
Jurassic Park - sound test cheat
Krusty's Fun House - Press while paused to exit a level.
Lemmings - you can move the cursor and assign skills while paused.
Monopoly - scroll the screen, activate credits screens
Out Run 3-D - change between 3D and 2D Mode (only on Title Screen)

No pause functionality

These games do nothing when you press Pause.
