Commissioned by "The Tokyo Marine and Fire Insurance Co. Ltd" and most likely developed by in-house Sega teams. The manual include two mismatching dates: the intro page says 16 Dec 1987, while the final page says June 1987.

Also referred to in early articles as "Asonde Manabu Koutsuu Rule" (遊んで学ぶ交通ルール).

Not for sale educational game. According to a 1987 newspaper articles, 200 or 300 copies of this were produced and made available as a free rental.

A cartridge surfaced on Japanese auctions in January 2010 and was purchased by a private owner (Website). Another cartridge surfaced in Japanese auctions in December 2019 and was purchased by Bock and donators from the SMS Power! community to be made available here. An English translation is also available bellow.
