Options Screen
At the title screen press the pause button and a secret screen will appear. Use the directional pad to choose the 3-D or 2-D image. You can also choose NORMAL or REVERSE.
NORMAL means flying forward when pushing forward. REVERSE means flying backwards when pushing forward (supposed to be more like a real plane).
