Problem applications
	There are several programs which check themselves for modifications when they run. They do this to stop them being cracked, or to detect modifications caused by viruses. Here are some of the problem programs I have found: Cool Edit 1.53 Windows Help Icon Manager Instant File Access These programs will then refuse to run, which is yet another reason to make backups. Don't rely on Resource Workshop's backup - when you save for the second time, the original is saved over.
