Here's our late (sorry) "deadline ROM" for the coding compo:

Still buggy at high speed, lacks a decent player sprite and falling objects. The code is written but needs to be debugged. I'll certainly send an update during the night :)

Contains procedural music, varying from very annoying to surprisingly melodic.

Very nice parallax effect.

If you keep pushing right and mashing the jump button, you can't actually lose, I think.

Sent an update (1.10) with gameplay adjustments.
Still needs a player sprite and falling objects.

Cool scrolling effect, I'm waiting for the falling objects...

Very nice start. I like the overall audio/visual style. I didn't even realize the music was procedural at first -- it works very well with the gameplay!

I managed to find a way to lose lol.

Impressive parallax, some done via yscroll and others by tile manipulation. Enjoyed.
