Used a youtube video to confirm use. The Composer isn't explicitly mentioned in the credits. . James Bagley claims credit for programming on other console versions.

He or Kevin Bruce (who has Music credit on Power Drive for SNES) seem to be the most likely composers.

One unused/possibly invalid track included since it works well enough and loops.
