It is a little program Dave originally wrote to figure out Meka savestate format.
I thought it may be useful to anyone else in the future, so I asked for posting it.
Basically it set SMS state to some well known values (usually with strings) so that you can find them easily in an emulator savestate.

SDSC header laxity

OK, I'll forgive Dave, chances are he wouldn't know an SDSC header if he tripped over one in the street. It's just that if we're going to invent these standards, we really ought to stick to them... then again, I'm not a homebrew programmer. Ah well.
