Game Gear games at 256x192 resolution?

SMSAdvance (the SMS/GG emulator for GBA) has a feature that draws outside the normal boundaries of the screen when "Border" is set to "None," so the game fills the whole 240x160 screen on the GBA. (Goomba, the Game Boy emulator, also has this feature, but it works much better on GG games because GB games like to not update objects until they scroll onto the screen.) My question is, can MEKA (or any other emulator) expand the game resolution like this; namely, to the Master System resolution of 256x192?

Kega Fusion can do this. Select Options => Set Config... => GG FullSMS.

You can also do it in RetroCopy. Just select Full Display: ON in the Game Gear select screen.

Btw. is there an emulator or option where I can display SMS/GG games that are identical on both systems like it would show on GG? Meka always displays them in SMS resolution, Kega Fusion had the colors messed up and also displayed it wrong in other ways, at least with the games I tried.

Cogwheel has the option 'Simulate Game Gear LCD scaling' that works for [SMS-GG] games.

Try the previous version if you can, I couldn't run the most recent version here either.
