Cover added and release date corrected.

This pack has another problem: with memory hacks on game, there has 22 musics, not 9 only. And also, I think that this VGM pack need to be re-logged in PAL, to match music tempo in the arcade and original Fa***om version made by Disco, because Sega was ported to SMS this version.
